A bit about me....

 

My interest in counselling or therapy started around 2011 during my experience as a client, after being diagnosed with severe clinical depression and referred to counselling by my GP. 

Before that, my main working background was in Telecoms engineering and customer service in several different areas.

 

Being honest, at first, I didn't want to have to go to counselling, had zero motivation or desire to go and talk to a complete stranger. Long story short, it was a scary proposition, but having took that step, it really helped me move forward and opened my eyes to to a lot of things.

 

Fast forward 15 years, including 4 years of my own therapy, 5 years of training and a few years of experience of working with some amazing people, I am pleased and confident to offer that to you if you are struggling or having difficulties in any aspect of your mental health

  • Certificate in Rewind Trauma Therapy Technique
